Grand Lodge at Peak 8. Does anybody know if they sell the condos?

Grand Lodge at Peak 8. Does anybody know if they sell the condos at this place yet? Last time we checked they were trying to sell timeshares out of it instead of selling the condos themselves. GrandLodge GoBreck Peak8FunPark SkiSilverthorne

UPDATE:

I went and talked to the real estate office and found out the information. A 400sf studio apartment with a murphy bed is going to set you back $675K, a 1200sf 2BR condo is gonna rob the piggy of $1.6M, and a 2200sf 4BR condo is going to be 2.4M worth of injury. Since this place has been in business about 4 years I asked to see the rental statistics. The lady on duty said she wasn’t authorized to give that information but would have somebody call me. This place is ski in / ski out, but dang, at $675K the 2BR condo would have to rent for about $450 per night just to break even. Then, it’s probably at 10,000 ft elevation, and I don’t sleep very good that high in the sky. And lastly, the very things that this place brags about having are the exact same things we brag about not having to put up with at the Ski Silverthorne Lodge. (ie. people crawling around everywhere, sharing the hot tub with strangers, couped-up parking with difficult access to restaurants and shopping.) Nevertheless this place is a ski in / ski out, and many people will shell out whatever it takes to be able to walk out of their sleeping quarters and go snow snow skiing.
