One of our favorite things about going to the Dillon Farmer’s Market every summer is buying roasted chili peppers. I hope that the chili pepper man is there again this year. To me, roasted chili peppers are best eaten by themselves, but lots of people tell me they are great on hamburgers and for adding spice to other dishes.
